1.Objective of the Position / 岗位目标：
1/Conduct XRD and other microstructure analysis test in SGRS, support R&D project and lab development.进行XRD和微观分析测试，支持研发项目和实验室建设
2.Principal Accountabilities / 主要职责：
1/Provide XRD testing services for R&D department and local plant. Participate in other microstructure test (SEM, EDS etc.)为研发部和当地工厂提供XRD测试服务.参与其他微结构测试（SEM、EDS等）
2/ Involve in testing method development or R&D project to enhance lab capablity.参与测试方法的开发或研发项目提升实验室能力
3/Participate in lab daily maintenance.参与实验室的日常维护
3.Qualification & Skills/任职条件：
1）Background:
Materials Science and Engineering / 材料科学与工程
Inorganic nonmetal material engineering/无机非金属工程
Metallic material engineering/金属材料工程
Material physics and chemistry/材料物理与化学
2）Bachelor's degree . 本科学历
3）General English in both written and spoken
一般水平英语听说读写能力
4）Open and flexible minded, initiative,efficiency, ability to become autonomous, curious.
