1.Objective of the Position / 岗位目标
Assistance for the developing new products, benchmarking and technical support for business growth. 协助开展研发项目，研发新产品；为业务发展提供技术支持。
2.Principal Accountabilities / 主要职责
1/ Lab experiments (inorganic powder and ceramic preparation and characterization), data analysis and technical report. 进行无机粉末和陶瓷制备实验(尤其是陶瓷注塑成型），数据分析和报告
2/Technical support to plant and sales 为工厂和销售提供技术支持
3/Take part in new products development, application test improvement. 参与新产品开发技术讨论, 改进应用测试.
4/Sample delivery, new equipment/tools/raw material purchase and management. 样品寄送，设备工具原料的采购和管理
3.Qualification & Skills/任职条件
1）Inorganic Nonmetal Material Engineering Program / 无机非金属材料工程，Chemical Engineering (化学工程或工艺)，mechnical engineering （机械工程）, metal （金属）
2）College above. Candidates should have related background.
大专学历及以上
3）General English in both written and spoken
一般水平英语听说读写能力
4）Open and flexible minded, initiative,efficiency, ability to become autonomous, curious.
